Remembering JJ Ranch
Stories and photos will be shared of Jimmy Jennings transforming Blythewood into a western movie in the 60s! The Jennings had a great impact on the equestrian group bringing many families with horses to Blythewood. Many stories will be told about week long trail rides, traveling to camp sites in covered wagons and sleeping on bedrolls under the stars. Grub was prepared on a chuck wagon with the feel of cowboy living! If you were a trail rider with the group from JJ's Ranch, bring your stories and great memories to the Blythewood Historical Society & Museum on September 6th for an entertaining night.
