At Lean Physique we personalize and modify accordingly for each client, even in small-group classes. Ongoing clients receive weekly nutrition consultations and bimonthly fitness assessments. A free water and towel service [are] offered as well as a monthly cooking demo class of a healthy tasty recipe(s)!

At Lean Physique there is always constant encouragement during class time as well as upbeat music and a great client atmosphere!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Hello! My name is Claudia Weidman and I am the owner and fitness expert at Lean Physique! I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years and wanted to better help my community become more healthy and fit and live longer! I strive to make my classes fun and exciting to accomplish that goal!
What do you love most about your job?
The absolute best thing I love about helping people transform their lives and bodies is seeing their happiness! I am literally jumping up and down and cheering during their successful fitness assessments! For me it’s a huge rush that I can’t explain!
