Music at Bath Concert Series / Umojah Nation Reggae
Umojah Nation’s performances include a seven-piece cast of musicians and a heaven-sent back-up chorus exceedingly vibrant, capable of entertaining a most diverse crowd of any age or demographic. The Swahili word for unity – Umoja! Based in Akron the husband/wife singers and songwriters have been a steady fixture in the music scene since 2006, performing in local clubs, city parks, large music venues, and festivals. On Saturday, November 9 head to the Bath Church UCC (3980 West Bath Road, Akron; 330-666-3520; physically accessible) to enjoy Umojah Nation’s performance at 7PM.
