A longtime Avon Lake summer tradition is entering a new chapter. Formerly known as Avon Lake Beer Fest, the event returns July 31 – August 1, 2026, as Pour on the Shore, a refreshed two-day festival at the scenic Miller Road Park in Avon Lake. Building on the success of Avon Lake Beer Fest, Pour on the Shore expands the event with two days of live music, food vendors, community exhibitors and family-friendly activities along the Lake Erie shoreline. Produced by Heritage Productions, the team behind Cleveland Oktoberfest and Dyngus Day Cleveland, Pour on the Shore builds on everything the community has loved about Avon Lake Beer Fest while introducing new entertainment, vendors and experiences for attendees of all ages. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Erie at Miller Road Park, Pour on the Shore will feature beer and wine offerings, live music, food vendors, artisan exhibitors, family-friendly activities, and a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday evening. While the event celebrates craft beverages, organizers have intentionally expanded the festival experience to appeal to a broader audience. New for 2026, the event will now span two days, giving attendees more opportunities to enjoy live entertainment, food, and the lakefront atmosphere. Festival highlights include: - Two-day event: Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1 - National touring bands performing throughout the weekend - Saturday night fireworks over Lake Erie - Popular food vendors and food trucks, including local favorites and festival classics - Artisan and community vendors - Family-friendly park amenities, including playground access Admission is: Friday Admission: $10 Saturday Admission: $15 Two-Day Admission: $20 As part of its continued commitment to the local community, a portion of proceeds from Pour on the Shore will benefit the Avon Lake Athletic Boosters (ALAB), a volunteer-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting Avon Lake student-athletes through scholarships, equipment purchases, facility improvements, travel assistance, and athletic programming. The Avon Lake Athletic Boosters play a vital role in strengthening athletic opportunities for students across all middle school and high school sports programs. Through fundraising, sponsorships and community support, the organization helps provide resources that enhance the student-athlete experience while recognizing achievement both on and off the field.
