Open House
The Mandel JCC invites the community to attend a free open house. Attendees can work out in the fitness center, take a group fitness sampler class, swim in the indoor pool, use the basketball and racquetball courts and indoor track, and enjoy family activities.
One-Day Sale: Become a member of The J in person on March 17 and get the rest of March free
8:45 to 10 am Yoga for the Hostages - Participate in a meaningful yoga class led by instructor Annie Becker to honor the Israeli hostages still held in captivity. Starting with a poem reading and remarks, we will set our intensions for the class, hoping for the hostages release and peach in Israel. Please wear black. All yoga levels are welcome. Enter through the main entrance.

9 am to noon - Health Screenings - UH Community Outreach staff will provide free health screenings, including blood pressure, blood glucose and cholesterol.
9 am to 2 pm - Stretching Lab - In Motion Wellness will offer free assisted stretching demos
11 am - Cleveland Jewish Book Festival author talk - Cleveland native Joe Posnanski will discuss his love letter to baseball, "Why We Love Baseball: A History in 50 Moments."
$10 members; $12 community
Ongoing - Family Activities - Young children can play in the gym with bounce houses, bikes, balls and mats.
