Empirical computers has the lowest prices in town. We offer years of experience and expertise at a discounted rate. The customer is never mislead or pushed to buy a service they don’t need. We have been and always will be straight forward with our customers.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I always hated to hear people getting ripped off by these big box repair stores. I wanted to have a place where people could go for excellent service at a fair price, so here I am.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people get out of a bind with their electronics. Fixing pc’s and helping people with their issues has always been a passion of mine.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
There are quite a few good ones but let me just list a few that come to mind. “Thank goodness there’s people like you that actually knows what they’re doing!” “I’m so glad that I have found someone that is honest and trustworthy to work on my computer”
