This option is ideal for someone who has never used to personal trainer and would like to see what it's all about! In your one session you will discuss with your trainer your health and fitness goals, and be introduced to basic workout routines to meet your personal goals.
Option 2: If you're ready to jump in and get your routine going, the three session option is just for you! Your sessions are especially designed to meet your fitness goals. Initially you will have three sessions of 50 minutes each with your personal trainer. We can switch up your routine and train at different locations. If you have a love for the great outdoors we can train at a local park, or if you prefer the energy of the gym, we can get a great workout there too! Lets personalize your journey!
