Sessions are based on your needs and your goals. A series of breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, poses and stretches will be introduced when you are ready.

NO! A beginner’s mindset is one of the most beautiful parts of yoga.
WHAT DO I BRING?
If you have a yoga mat and reusable water bottle, bring this! Otherwise, mats and props will be provided for you
