Super Charge your body with a 2 hour session at Club Recharge and in one visit our staff will recharge your bodies internal batteries. Club Recharge will treat your body to 4 separate therapies the will relax, de-stress and recharge your body.
First you will receive a 30 minute session of Red Light Therapy that will help reduce any minor ache's and pains while it helps your body encourage new cell growth for those fine lines and wrinkles.
Next you will be taken to our full body near infrared Cocoon Sauna with massage for a 30 minute session. Relax and unwind while your body is detoxified using infrared heat as a gentle massage loosens those tight muscles.
Then you will receive a full body compression massage that will gently squeeze you from your feet to your chest, slowly moving your bodies lymphatic fluids around as it squeezes your muscles.
Finally you will be taken to our micron bubble bath for a 30 minute session. Here you will relax as your skin is scrubbed with tiny oxygen bubbles smaller than the human pore.
