About salt cave sessions: a calming and relaxing 45-minute session while sitting zero gravity chairs, each with a cozy blanket for comfort, as well as a bench made entirely of Himalayan salt. Everything in the cave, from the ceiling to the floor, is made with Himalayan salt. There is also a machine that will grind up Himalayan salt into a fine powdery mist that will be blown into the room during your session. As the salt works its way into the your airways, it will help breakdown anything in its path, therefore helping open up and clean out anything that may be collecting in your system.

About salt booth sessions: 15-minute sessions in a more private room with relaxing music and color changing LED lights. There’s a machine that will grind up our salt into a fine powdery mist that will be blown into the room. The Booth is great for anyone who may be dealing with issues such as colds, congestion, COPD, allergies, asthma and more.
