How it works:
- Inside it’s 2 Halotherapy treatment rooms, medical-grade sodium chloride is ground into micro-particles by a Halogenerator and pushed into the air. It lands onto the skin, gets into the nasal cavity, airway and deep into the lungs. This creates an environment that has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It provides relief from stress, insomnia and more.
- In the Infrared Sauna, heat permeates to the body’s core faster than the warm air of a regular sauna, elevating the heart rate to help boost the metabolism. It also alleviated aches and pains and may help with inflammatory conditions. Benefits: On top of the traditional benefits of a sauna session—relaxed muscles and a cleansing sweat—infrared saunas can also play a role in weight-loss regimens.
