This class is for Yin-Restorative Yoga. It includes both active and passive movements and stretches to strengthen and restore your body. We focused on passive restorative stretching (Yin). Expect a balanced posture practice complete with deep relaxation. Open to all levels. Beginners welcome.
30 minutes of active strengthening + 30 minutes of passive stretching and relaxation
