Introduction to Boating for Ladies!
Join other aquatic adventure seeking ladies, learn new skills and paddle the day away at Winton Woods Lake on Sunday, June 28 from 9am - 12noon.
IWLA Women Sharing the Outdoors has partnered with Allison Cone - Adventure Coordinator for Great Parks’ Winton Woods to learn about the various boat types available: professional instruction on canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, stand-up paddle boards, motorboats, rowboats and mini pontoon motorboats is shared. Afterwards, leisurely explore this 183 acre lake and enjoy great wildlife watching.
Let's have a wonderful time on the water! No previous experience required and all supplies are provided, just show up and have fun!
