Teddy Roosevelt will keep watch of the bar while you sip on themed Halloween cocktails, dance to our resident DJ, and take part in our costume contest. Costume contest at midnight! 🏆 Best Costume 🏆 Best Living Exhibit 🏆 Best Group Costume Enter to win a pair of tickets to the Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal.
