Follow along and learn the slow healing movements of Tai Chi for Health from Certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor Kristin Dietsche. Tai Chi is a mind/body exercise from China that has received a great deal of attention recently for its amazing medical benefits. Feel better and more relaxed after just one class and see your balance, strength, and stamina improve from exercising slowly. Movements can be done seated or standing, and they can be modified for all fitness levels and abilities. Wear closed flat shoes like a gym shoe and loose comfortable clothing. For cooking classes, the demo kitchen will be directly on your right. For healthy lifestyle/exercise classes, you will want to turn right, walk past the demo kitchen and restrooms, and then make a left down the hallway, where you will find the mind/body studio on your right.
