Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - Hybrid: NKY and Zoom


This 8 week program is designed to transform your relationship with stress, open pathways to better health, & get enjoyment of life. This is a perfect program for Survivors and Caregivers. Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our life moment by moment. We can learn to adopt a perspective toward our life that rests on curiosity, reducing anxiety or fear so that we are more fully present to our life for ourselves & our loved ones. This program is part of an IRB study and generously funded by the Hatton Foundation. There is still room available! Please register by February 7th. Must attend all sessions. We will meet in the Mind/Body Studio at St Elizabeth Cancer Center.
