It is quite common to feel a wide range of emotions once treatment ends. This post-treatment phase of survivorship requires many things- physical activity, nutrition, a healthy emotional life, and management of any health concerns that may arise. You can improve your quality of life by addressing these in an active way. Cancer Transitions is a free, 90-minute, four-week workshop designed to help cancer survivors make the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Session 1: Get Back to Wellness: Taking Control of Your Survivorship Session 2: Emotional Health: Addressing the Barriers to a Positive Life Session 3: Eating Well and Staying Active Session 4: Managing Your Medical Story Beyond Cancer: What you Need to Know
Please register no later than Tuesday, February 7th. Attendance at all 4 sessions is required. If attending in person, meet in Group Room 1 at St Elizabeth Cancer Center.
If you are attending a CSC program for the first time and would like to learn more about all of the programs available, please register for a Connect to Community session at Events Calendar View (gnosishosting.net) or give us a call at 513-791-4060.
