Join us for an hour of Chair Yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. This technique begins with breath work, followed by poses and gentle stretching, then closing with a short-guided meditation.
Helene Everhart is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Registered Yoga Teacher with extensive experience working with active older adults.
