Adult Workshop: Tea Blending with Native Plants
Experiment with dried herbs, fruits, and flowers to create a custom tea blend with Cass Ruhlman, owner of Antiquity Teahouse. Cass will teach participants about the health benefits of each tea element and explore the benefits of ingredients native and local to Ohio. Leave the workshop with your own customized tea blend to enjoy at home! This program is best suited for adults and teens.
About the Instructor: Cass Ruhlman’s love of tea began when travelling abroad in college. She is an avid gardener and began growing her own tea blends. What started as a hobby bloomed into a wonderful profession. She now works with over two dozen local farmer to help grow around 80% of tea blends, right here in Butler County, OH. Cass has been educating tea lovers for over ten years and in she had the pleasure of speaking at the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas, NV.
