Making potstickers is a traditional way for families and/or friends to gather together and connect over the making and eating of food. Join chef Judy Ni, owner of the modern Taiwanese restaurant Bao • logy, as she discusses and demonstrates her family tradition of potstickers and talking about the importance of sourcing your ingredients and sustainable food systems. Conversations about food insecurity and community will be on the menu as well. Vegetarian/vegan options are available, BYOB.
