Healthy Steps *In-Person Eastgate*
A fun movement program to help cancer survivors reduce or prevent lymphedema and increase their range of motion–all while lifting their spirits! Healthy lifestyle classes can help people affected by cancer to keep their strength up, reduce stress, and promote optimum health and survivorship.
