Milford, OH - June 20, 2024 - Get ready to bond, compete, and celebrate the Olympic spirit at Kids First TOO, nestled within Recreations Outlet in Milford, Ohio! On Sunday, July 14th, families are invited to register for the Summer Family Olympics, an exhilarating event designed for parent-child pairs to showcase their teamwork and skills through a series of exciting challenges.
Modeled after the beloved Amazing Race and themed towards the Summer Olympics, this unique event promises to be a highlight of the summer for families in the Greater Cincinnati area. Participants, ages 3 and up, will team up with a parent, guardian, or older sibling to tackle both physical and mental obstacles spread throughout the Kids First TOO facility and its surroundings.
"We're thrilled to host the Summer Family Olympics," said Megan Smith, Kids First TOO President. "It's a fantastic opportunity for families to come together, have fun, and create lasting memories in a competitive yet supportive environment."
Participants are encouraged to register early and choose a team color to fully embrace the Olympic theme. The event kicks off at 2:00 PM with teams receiving their starting times via email in advance. Each participant will receive a commemorative medal, ensuring that everyone leaves feeling like a champion.
After the competition, families can unwind and enjoy refreshments at the Olympic Village after-party, complete with a water slide and treats from Kona Ice.
