Galentine’s Full Moon Friday: sound bath w/ CST, meditation, yoga, &more
Pamper yourself in wellness this Galentine’s Day! Join us for a self-love themed event with sound bath, gentle yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, a letting-go fire ceremony, & sharing in supportive wellness community. With special guest Joy of Massage offering Cranial Sacral Therapy samplers during the sound bath portion.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Journal & pen
• Water
• Dress for comfort/cozy/in layers
• Optional: blanket, pillow (anything to add comfort during sound bath), crystals to charge in the singing bowl frequencies
PROVIDED:
• yoga mat, bolster, blanket, cushioned meditation seat, & weighted eye pillow
