You might find yourself asking, “Why did I do that again? I know better than this,” or find yourself caught in the familiar relationship loops. You might notice yourself stuck in familiar cycles at work, home, or internally—patterns you can rationalize but can’t seem to shift.
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for uncovering these your individualized patterns. With compassion, it helps you honor the intelligent ways you’ve learned to survive while recognizing how those patterns may be keeping you stuck. But rather than putting you in a box, it shows you the box you’re already in—and how to dissolve its walls.
About the Series
In this five-week series, you’ll explore yourself through the lens of the Enneagram, engaging your mind, heart, and body. In this supportive space, you’ll practice seeing your patterns with compassion, welcoming parts of yourself you may have shamed or ignored, and reconnecting with the gifts we’ve forgotten. Along the way, we’ll invite curiosity, grace, and deeper understanding of how all nine Enneagram types relate and respond to one another.
We will explore foundational teachings of the Enneagram that describe:
-Our human needs, desires, fears, and avoidances, and how our ego patterns keep us stuck
-Social styles, how we cope with conflict and disappointment, and core emotional patterns
-Essential gifts of our mind, heart, and body that we have forgotten, and how we can open ourselves to remembering
-Somatic experiences that support integration, allowing us to feel our way through healing rather than just understanding it intellectually
This program is for you if:
-You’re curious about the Enneagram but new to the tool
-You’ve heard of the Enneagram but aren’t sure of your type
-You’ve taken a test or been typed but feel unsure or skeptical
-You already know your type and want to explore how the other types show up
Commitment
We encourage you to attend all five sessions, while also honoring that life happens. If you need to miss a week, we’ll help you catch up so you can receive exactly what you’re meant to from the experience. Sliding scale registration fee for the series - $225/$300/$375. We will meet 6:30-8:30pm on 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12.
