Employment & Leadership Workshop
In this class, you will learn the ins and outs of employment laws to consider when hiring and building a management system to help your team thrive. We will break out into small groups and collaborate on real-world problem solving to bolster your conflict management skills. This class is perfect for early-stage food businesses looking to scale their operations or established food businesses who want to strengthen their hiring and management processes.
Leading this class is Brooke Poling, Founder of Optimal Employee Relations, a solutions-oriented employment and management consulting firm. Prior to starting her business, Brooke was an employment law attorney who helped companies develop best practices and stepped in when difficult legal obstacles arose.
