Free Chair Yoga Class
Beacon Orthopedics Physician Nicole Goddard, DO will be hosting a chair yoga class. Nicole believes in a holistic approach to patient care, and accentuating the body’s natural healing processes. This chair yoga class provides all of the traditional benefits of a traditional yoga class, but uses a chair as a prop to provide extra support, balance, and to help with advancing poses as needed.
