In Cincinnati, teams of citizen astronomers volunteered their time and telescopes to scan the skies and report satellite sightings. The Cincinnati Astronomical Society and the Cincinnati Observatory assisted with this program, providing resources to the public, and identifying and tracking these early satellites with precision.
