Cancer Transitions®: for CAR T Survivors and Caregivers (CT CAR T) Program Pilot
CT CAR Tis a 4-week program designed to support, educate, and empower cancer survivors and caregivers as they navigate the transition from CAR T cell therapy treatment to post-treatment survivorship. Your participation in the CT CAR T program pilot will help make final improvements before offering the program to all.
What to Expect:
By participating in the CT CAR T program, survivors and caregivers will:
Gain valuable knowledge about managing your health and wellbeing post-treatment.
Connect with other survivors and caregivers who have completed CAR T cell therapy.
Learn practical skills for coping with the challenges of survivorship.
Empower yourself with tools and resources to enhance your quality of life after CAR T cell therapy.
Eligibility:
Eligible participants are: 1) A cancer survivor OR a cancer caregiver; 2) Completed CAR T Cell Therapy within the past 3 years.
Please note: This is a 4 week program from October 7th- October 28th. Attendance at all 4 sessions is required. Each participant will receive digital access to educational materials. The first 6 people to register and complete the required assessments and program surveys throughout the program will receive a $25 Visa gift card at the completion of the program.
