Black History Month Brunch and Learn: The Power of Voice - In Person: Blue Ash

Then while enjoying your food, Christina Hartlieb, Executive Director of the Harriet Beecher Stowe House in Walnut Hills will present on Harriet’s life and legacy in Cincinnati. How did Harriet come to write Uncle Tom’s Cabin? How did Cincinnati become a crossroads of Abolitionist ideas? How did 20th century residents of the House continue this legacy of advocating for a more just society? What’s going on with the restoration of the House today? Join us to discover these answers and to think about how you use your Power of Voice. You won't want to miss this important event.
