Come take a mindful break, connect with others, and discover the calming art of origami. In this workshop, participants will learn the traditional Japanese art of transforming a flat sheet of paper into a three-dimensional sculpture, without cutting or gluing. Research shows that this slow and deliberate paper-folding activity can reduce stress and promote relaxation. Together, we’ll create simple, meaningful designs that carry the messages of strength, resilience, and hope. One fold at a time.
