Creative Roots of Resilience: Drama Therapy: *In Person - Blue Ash*
Creative Roots of Resilience is an experiential group that blends nervous system education with creative arts practices to support emotional regulation, skill-building, and connection. Through a combination of nervous system work and expressive techniques such as drama, music, and art participants will explore effective—and creative—ways to work with their nervous systems.
The group is facilitated by Lauren, a drama therapist in training from Rooted Compassion Counseling, and offers a supportive space for growth, exploration, and connection. It's encouraged to attend all 4 sessions - Oct 3, 10, 24 and 31.
