Work in various art mediums while learning how to practice mindfulness. Begin class with a guided meditation, followed by an art project using a different medium each week, including small projects with basket weaving, Japanese rock wrapping, and creative drawing. Learn how to practice mindfulness not only in your artmaking, but in your everyday lives. Art and Mindfulness part 1 is encouraged, but not required.
No makeup classes will be made available in the case of illness or inclement weather.
