Work in various art mediums while learning how to practice mindfulness. Begin class with a guided meditation, followed by an art project using a different medium each week, including small projects with watercolors, weaving, and clay. Learn how to practice mindfulness not only in your artmaking, but in your everyday lives. (No previous art-making or meditation experience is required)
No makeup classes will be made available in the case of illness or inclement weather.
