Learn the secrets to all of the components of the perfect eggs benedict! We’ll create two versions of the classic using different sauces and breakfast meats. Learn Bearnaise, Hollandaise, and Mornay! Students will also prepare delicious home-fries to pair with their breakfast creations. Class is for ages 16+
