Join Chef Jo to explore a new cookbook every month. Fresh back from England she’s selected “Simple” by Yotam Ottolenghi as the first book. Yotam is an Israeli-born British Chef, winner of a James Beard award for several cookbooks and owner of ten restaurants in and around London. Simple is a plant forward cookbook offering 130 recipes that will elevate your everyday cooking through inventive flavor combinations and offering 30 minute dishes, 10 ingredients or less, pantry favorites and more. We’ll cook up a unique and tasty plant based meal full of herbal goodness. Class is for ages 21+; you will work in pairs.
