Join Chef Rebecca Bryant in learning the secrets to working with Chocolate! Prepare scratch caramels dipped in chocolate, orange liqueur truffles, and fruit & nut chocolate bark! You’ll take home knowledge and tasty treats to share! Class is for students ages 16+. Students work in pairs or teams.
