Ballroom Dancing Beginner Dancing Ages 18+
Join Lex for an introduction to Ballroom Dancing! This 4-week course introduces students to the fundamentals of movement, posture, rhythm, and basic ballroom dance patterns in a fun and accessible way. Each class blends instruction, movement practice, partner work, and review. Couples should purchase two “seats”. Individual are welcome and encouraged, but you will be paired with other individual students and/or the instructor for partner work. This class is for adults ages 18+.
