MAKE YOUR OWN CHEESEBOARD
Come enjoy the sunset overlooking the Cincinnati skyline. You will learn 4 meat manipulations and 3 cheese cuttings while learning all the elements to create an art-filled charcuterie board. You will put the board together and enjoy it after a 45-minute lesson. You are welcome to bring your alcoholic beverages. We will have water, sodas, tea and coffee.
