An evening of laughs with headlining comedian BLAKE HAMMOND and friends! Doors open at 6pm. Show starts at 7:30pm.
Blake Hammond is a fat and loud comedian from Cincinnati, Ohio. Blake is a staff writer for the nationally syndicated morning show Bob and Tom. His fat and loud comedy has been put on Audible.com and he was a featured performer on the 2018 Limestone Comedy Festival and in 2023 was accepted into Skankfest in Las Vegas. Blake has opened for Patton Oswalt, Mark Normand, Kyle Kinane and Doug Stanhope. Most recently, his first fat and loud comedy special titled “Blake 182” was released on YouTube. Comedy @ Commonwealth, Northern Kentucky’s newest comedy club, is housed in Commonwealth Sanctuary, the historic, former Tower Methodist Church, built in 1914. The original stained glass windows and custom-built, curved pews are all still on site. Now, in its new life as a Community Events Venue, this beautiful old building hosts the best stand-up comedy, music, theater, and cinema that you can find in the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The facility features a full sound system, programmable stage lighting, a 150-inch rear projection movie screen, and a concession stand where we serve a full menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails.
