Freeze Dried Candy Birthday Party!

Event hours will be Friday June 7 11am – 7pm, Sat 10 – 8, Sun 12 – 7pm. They are providing free samples of freeze dried birthday cake, with limited quantities for purchase. Freezin' with Aubrie is a local business in Florence KY, founded by a teenager, Aubrie, at only age 14 in 2022. She was inspired by watching freeze dried candy made on TikTok and decided to use up her own money, earned from selling homemade jam and apple butter, to purchase her first freeze dryer. She now has her own candy store in Florence KY and has her candy distributed at many Tri-State locations, including Kings Island, The Cincinnati Zoo, Jungle Jim's, Plato's Closet, Once Upon a Child, The Cincinnati Museum Center, Dorothy Lane Market, CVG Airport, and others. They aren't just local anymore either - they have taken their candy across the country at Knott's Berry Farm in CA! They now have their candy in 11 states and continue to grow. Aubrie's mom, Cris, quit her full-time job to become the full time Owner of this business in June last year. They have 25 employees, mostly students in the community who help prepare and package the candy as well as greet guests at the store. Freezin' with Aubrie has grown leaps and bounds, and they have the Tri-State to thank for their support in buying her popular freeze-dried candy. Aubrie doesn't forget where her roots lie and still participates in some local events throughout the area, including the Boone County Fair and festivals in the Northern Kentucky area. They now have over 100 varieties of freeze-dried sweets, ranging from lemon crunch, cookie sandwiches, jolly puffs, berry clusters, and rainbow bursts to name a few. Freezin' with Aubrie didn't have an official grand opening, so they are having a 1 year birthday party to officially announce. They opened their doors on June 10, 2023.
