LAST CHANCE: Wild Medicinal Workshop for Women
Learn how to find, ID and prepare wild medicinals in this 4 hour workshop. Beginning with a simple presentation to introduce you to the basics of foraging and medicinal herbs, you will then step outside to put plant identification and gathering into practice. Learning the art of herbal medicine-making is a hands-on process which you will get to try for yourself- creating a tincture and a salve to take home and have on hand if you ever need it. Also:
• Discover how you can treat many common ailments and trade out some pharmaceuticals for natural remedies
• Take home resources for learning more about wild foraging, herbal medicines & helpful tips, tricks and remedies
• Take the first steps to building your own herbal apothecary to have medicine on-hand for whenever you need it
A $15 fee is required to cover supplies, giveaways, door prizes and refreshments. Prior knowledge and experience is not required. All supplies are provided. Register before noon this Friday, May 29 at:
