Antipasto includes Bruschettone with goat cheese and roasted vegetables, paired with a bright and fresh Vermentino wine. Vinci’s second course is a Risotto with peas and spinach, served with a glass of Vita Corte Rosso wine. The evening’s main course is Beef Short Rib, accompanied by polenta and veggies, with a fantastic Monte Carlo (Tuscan blend) wine. And for dessert, enjoy a Roast pecan tart with caramel.
Dinner begins promptly at 7:00 PM and is priced at $63 per guest (tax and gratuity not included).
