Vinci will be featuring Tenuta Asinara Wines for this four-course dinner, which begins at 7:00 pm.
Start the evening with Stuffed Calamari, paired alongside Vermentino, an Italian white wine. Vinci’s second course consists of Ricotta Gnocchi with seafood ragu, to be sipped with Cannonau, a soft and fruity red wine with hints of blackberry, plum, raspberry, and currant. The main course invites diners to delight in Stewed Lamb and artichokes with couscous. This dish is paired with a Sardinian Blend of cab merlot and grenache. The evening will finish with dessert, comprise of Ricotta Cake with figs.
Vinci’s March Wine Dinner is priced at $63 per person (tax and gratuity not included).
