Dinner begins with antipasto, Olives salame with roast fennel and cheese paired alongside Orvieto, a white wine from central Italy.
Next, diners can savor Vinci’s Tagliatelle with rabbit ragu, enjoyed with a glass of Sangiovesse. Secondo course includes Pork Stew with Polenta and a light-bodied Chianti Classico.
Finish the evening with the final course, dessert. Vinci will be serving Torta della Nonna or Grandmother’s Cake made with a tender, buttery crust traditionally filled with vanilla-flavored custard.
