Start the evening with Calamari and Arugula Salad, with a glass of Fonte Delle Donne, before enjoying Vinci’s Mezz Rigatoni pasta, in a tomato mushroom cream sauce. This second course will be served with Ciliegiolo, a red grape variety of central and northwestern Italy.
The dinner’s main course consists of Grilled Chicken and Veggies, prepared in oven-dried tomato sauce, with Toscana wine. For dessert, diners will indulge in fruit and zabaglione, an Italian dessert, or sometimes a beverage, made with egg yolks, sugar, and a sweet wine.
