Vinic’s decadent four-course December Wine Dinner begins with Arancini, or Italian rice balls with shrimp and calamari, paired alongside La Segreta Bianco.
The next course invites guests to indulge in Linguine with eggplant, tomato sauce, and whipped ricotta, to be sipped with La Segreta Rosso.
The evening’s main course consists of Spiedini della Nonna rolled stuffed beef with roasted potatoes, and a glass of Nero d’Avola, a powerful, fruit-driven red wine, packed full of bold dark fruit flavors.
And for dessert, Panettone Bread Pudding, with Lemoncello, a smooth and sweet liqueur with an intense lemon flavor.
Dinner begins at 7:00 PM and is priced at $63 per guest, tax and gratuity not included. Reservations can be made on Vinci’s website, or by calling Vinci at (312) 266-1199.
