Lucha Libre has become one of Logan Square’s most anticipated family events of the summer! The event, true to all the theatrics and acrobatics of the beloved sport, features over a dozen amateur and semi-professional wrestlers, a DJ, and refreshments, making it a memorable, entertaining, and unique cultural experience. The council facilitates the use of Unity Park in Logan Square by the public through the following: • Maintenance and up-keep of the park • Planning and fund-raising for capital improvements • Creating garden and art projects • Planning and hosting special events at the park UPAC is organized under the Friends of the Parks advisory council guidelines.
