This five-course tasting experience celebrates and highlights the connection between what blooms in nature and what arrives at the table. Bringing awareness to bees and food systems in a way that feels thoughtful, communal and celebratory. Begin with a Viva Abeja Paloma and a blue corn masa biscuit. Then enjoy the stracciatella with pickled rhubarb and continue with a viva tiradito perfectly paired with our Miel de Fuego signature drink.
