Join us for our 4 hands-dinner of Viva Abejas BLOOM TO TABLE with Chef Richard Sandoval and Chef Bill Kim . This five-course tasting experience celebrates and highlights the connection between what blooms in nature and what arrives at the table. Bringing awareness to bees and food systems in a way that feels thoughtful, communal and celebratory. Begin with a Viva Abeja Paloma and a blue corn masa biscuit. Then enjoy the stracciatella with pickled rhubarb and continue with a viva tiradito perfectly paired with our Miel de Fuego signature drink. Enjoy a tea smoked duck creation and end with a beef tenderloin with criolla salsa by pairing with a delicious Torre de Tierra wine. The bloom continues thru dessert with a duet from our chefs that will make you buzz with their presentations.
