You’ll come away with a new appreciation of farmers, a new understanding of roasting and the beans, and a discovery of your taste profile that will allow you to make an amazing cup of coffee. You will leave with a new found appreciation of each cup of coffee you drink, plus a sample bag of Puerto Rican coffee and a bag of Swelter Coffee Two classes will be offeed on February 15th and February 22nd at 2:30pm hosted at Zemi's winter location at 133 N Ridgeland.
