&Rise Peace Sound Bath Meditation
&Rise Women Inc., a nonprofit organization that offers counseling and support for abuse survivors, is hosting a sound bath meditation event. Through a collaboration with Voyage of Frequency, an organization specializing in sound meditation, 100% of the profit from tickets purchased will go towards supporting &Rise’s counseling and support efforts.
Sound bath meditation is a great way to de-stress before the holiday season. It can also help to improve your sleep, boost your mood and reduce pain. If you are looking for a way to relax and improve your overall well-being, we encourage you to join us.
Sound bath meditation has the power to release tension and encourage relaxation. When used with intention, sound can be a powerful catalyst for change. This fundraising event offers attendees the healing benefits of this practice, along with an opportunity to give back to a worthwhile cause.
Tickets for the event cost $25, and yoga mats are required for participation. Participants should bring their own yoga mat and blanket.
